This morning, in the shower, I felt a quiet nudge to write about fear. Writing a blog was never my intention, but in that moment, I felt led to simply follow it and write from the heart.
I’ve found myself questioning, when I can’t make a decision, what’s really holding me back?
Not always, but often, when I pause and take a deeper look, I realize that at the root of my hesitation is fear.
And when I recognize that, I’m able to move forward more quickly and make a decision with clarity.
Why?
Because I know fear is not an emotion God gave us, it does not come from Him, but rather Satan.
So, when you feel stalled or frozen, take a moment to pause. Pray. Reflect. And be honest about what’s truly holding you back.
One of my favorite scriptures is Isaiah 41:10 (NIV):
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
This scripture reminds us of and reaffirms, we have nothing to fear, why? Because God assures and promises us, He is with us.
My friend, if you’re feeling stuck, uncertain, or afraid, move forward with confidence. When you are seeking God in all things, He is walking hand in hand with you.
